Florida A&M University has a rich athletic history but is struggling as of late. Speaking Wednesday afternoon at the 220 Quarterback Club's weekly luncheon, athletic director Kellen Winslow said the issues that plague FAMU athletics are too many for a quick fix. It must start with academic success and a new culture, he said.
