Tech execs remain optimistic despite hiring challenges

About eight in ten global tech execs say they plan to grow their work force but about nine in ten say it is very difficult to find the right people. About 82 percent said they believe business conditions will be better this year than last, the highest rate of optimism in the survey in five years. More at the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
