As the nation on Friday marks the 50th anniversary of John F. Kennedy's assassination, the controversy around his death still fuels debate. Where did the bullets enter Kennedy's body? Where did they exit? Was it a lone gunman?

Amateur historian John Canal, who lives in Melbourne, has devoted 21 years trying to come up with the answers to what some historians have dubbed the crime of the century.
