When David Dyell started out in the healthcare IT business 20 years ago, hospitals used multiple software applications that were not integrated. His job was to write programs to make those applications talk to each other. Since then, he started and sold Healthcare Technology Solutions and now has started iSirona, a Panama City software company that integrates medical device data into electronic medical records. The company reported revenue of $17.2 million last year, up 2,092% over three years and is partnering with myHealth Sentinel in Singapore, which is selling and implementing iSirona’s medical products in the Asia-Pacific region.
