Forecasters reduce predictions for hurricane season
Government forecasters today slightly reduced their predictions for the Atlantic hurricane season but say the season is still shaping up to be above normal with the possibility that it could be very active. Florida sues company for preying on homeowners
Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi is suing a company that her office says allegedly preyed on homeowners in danger of losing their homes. Bondi's office filed the lawsuit Wednesday in Broward County against Nicholas Torgerson and two companies Whitestone Capital Trust LLC and Become the Bank LLC. More at the AP.
Bags Inc. signs JetBlue for luggage delivery
JetBlue Airways announced a partnership Wednesday with Orlando-based Bags Inc. to provide luggage-delivery service as an option for the airline's customers. The deal means those flying on JetBlue can pay to have their luggage hand-delivered from the airport to the doorstep of their destination. More at the Orlando Sentinel.
