We give our employees a week off between Christmas and New Year’s, and that’s something we’ve done for a long time. We shut the office down, and you do not have to work. It does not count as part of your vacation. We encourage people to go spend time with your family, go on that trip you want to take. Go do something that is important to you. We also cover 100% of the health care premiums for our employees. That is something that is very important to us, and we’ve done since day one.”
