“When I was interviewing, I did notice there were a lot of women attorneys here. I think that is fairly rare, particularly to have senior women attorneys. Quite frankly, a lot of law firms try to say they are family friendly, but you are still expected to work 90 hours a week and be there late nights. They really do walk the walk here. For instance, when I accepted my offer here, I had just found out I was pregnant. I was going to have my daughter two months after I was supposed to start. Jill didn’t even blink an eye and said, ‘I can give you six weeks paid maternity leave, and if you need more time after that or want to come back part time, I can work with you.’ ”
