It all extends down from our leadership team and leadership committee. If we show it to our employees, it shows to our guests. They do offer complimentary room nights for employees by availability. It lets you see what other Hyatts are doing and it lets you travel and it’s a phenomenal perk. Everyone’s equal, and everybody plays a big role in the success of the hotel.”
