“In the state of Florida, we have lots of different markets and submarkets, but generally home building is doing better and, in many markets, significantly better. Some of our markets have more inventory than others, so it’s a function of where you are. The pressure is still on from regulators and the banks. Small and medium-size builders are having difficulty obtaining money.”
