» Former University of South Florida President Betty Castor will head the school’s Dr. Kiran C. Patel Center for Global Solutions. As executive director, Castor will shepherd the center’s goal of contributing solutions to global problems. During the past two years, the former Florida commissioner of education has helped launch a charitable organization to assist schools and universities
