This gastropub delights in Southern roots with a big smile. To start, they smoke and cure like crazy: Andouille to lamb, ham and beef prosciutto. Sloppy Joes are made from wild boar( with fried sage and jalapeno), potato salad spiked with filé gumbo and Scotch eggs larded wtih cracklins. Fried chicken and local gelato, too.
