Six years ago, the name was as out there as the extreme dream of Ferrell Alvarez and Ty Rodriguez. Now, it’s big in all foodie media. Lamb loin, crispy cobia collar, grouper cheeks and throats, pork belly and scallops with the likes of corn pone, “cashew Nutella,” huitlacoche and nuoc cham. They’ve also spun their magic in a taco stand and a mini-mart.
