» San Diego-based Newland Communities recently hired Mark Loeb as project manager for its Orlando area communities. He had been design-implementation director for Bonita Bay Group in Naples.

» Joanna Cason was named general manager of Amelia Park Co., a partner of Amelia Park Development near Jacksonville.
