Unemployment: Positive signs

The unemployment rate in the Jacksonville MSA — including Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties — continues to drop steadily, although it's still in
double digits.

10% Unemployment rate in the Jacksonville area, down from 11.2% a year earlier

8% Unemployment rate in Gainesville, unchanged

12.4% Unemployment rate in Ocala, down from 13.9%

10.6% Statewide unemployment rate, down from 11.8%
