» Martin Small has been appointed president of Wachovia’s Pensacola-area market, replacing Carol Carlan, who retired in July. Small was senior producing leader for Wachovia’s Atlanta business banking division.
» Thaddeus Cohen, secretary of the Florida Department of Community Affairs under former Gov. Jeb Bush, has been appointed community development director for Pensacola. Cohen is an architect with experience in affordable housing, urban planning, growth management and economic development.
