» Jonathan Blaha has been promoted to vice president of finance at TBE Group of Clearwater.

» Margaret Sullivan is the new regional chancellor of the University of South Florida-St. Petersburg. Sullivan, former assistant vice president of Georgia State University, replaces Karen White, who was named a special adviser to USF President Judy Genshaft.

» Sid Morgan, market president in Tampa of the west region for Humana, has been named president of the Florida Sterling Council board of directors.

» David F. Dyer, formerly president and CEO of Tommy Hilfiger and Land’s End, has been named president and CEO of Chico’s FAS. He replaces retiring CEO Scott A. Edmonds.
