» Stephen Meyer has joined DataMentors, a Tampa-based database preparation company, as vice president of technical services.

» Isaac Turner, 51, has been named Venice’s city manager, replacing Marty Black, who left last August. Turner had been city manager of Ormond Beach.

» Michael Culver is the Naples Museum of Art’s new director and chief curator. Culver, a painter, was previously director and curator of the Ogunquit Museum of American Art in Maine.
