"We provide the week off between Christmas and New Year's, and it's a paid vacation for all employees. We also provide an additional paid week off for all employees who wish to provide community service locally or internationally. ... In celebration of our 20 years, we took a trip down to the Dominican Republic. We spent the first day and a half in a very nice resort celebrating and being thankful for the opportunities provided and reflecting on that. Another day and a half we spent in the cane fields. When you think life is bad, you really don't realize how bad life can be. Each person had a 50-pound bag of clothes and toys, and we went into the villages to give those out."
