» The University of Florida hired David S. Guzick as senior vice president for health affairs and president of the UF & Shands Health System. Guzick, 57, was dean of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He replaces Douglas Barrett, who stepped down after seven years at UF health’s top post to return to the pediatrics faculty.
