» Berkowitz Development Group promoted David Singer, its CFO and COO, to CEO, replacing Jeffrey Berkowitz, who assumes the role of president and chairman.

» Mercantil Commercebank promoted Pedro Parra to president and CEO of Mercantil Commercebank Trust Co. He had been vice president/trust services manager.

» Nelson Fonseca was promoted from COO to president of Terremark, replacing Kerry Bailey.
