» Film icon and Palm Beach High School graduate Burt Reynolds appointed Ken Kay executive director of the Burt Reynolds Museum and Burt Reynolds Institute of Film and Theatre in Reynolds’ hometown of Jupiter. Kay, an alum of the institute, debuted professionally in 1978 and has directed or acted in nearly 200 stage productions in the Southeast and nationally. Before returning to Jupiter, he was executive and producing artistic director of the Blowing Rock Stage Co. in North Carolina and artistic associate at the Caldwell Theatre Co. in Boca Raton.
