» Steve Dowden has been named CEO of Tampa’s Invest Financial Corp. He replaces Lynn Niedermeier, who retired.

» AVI-SPL, a Tampa audio and video communications integrator, has named Chris Bianchet and Joel Dougherty to the newly created posts of senior vice president/integration.

» Barry C. Bratton has been named director of general aviation at the Page Field General Aviation Airport in Fort Myers. Previously, he was assistant airports manager in Redding, Calif.
