» Cesar Conde took over as president of the Univisión Networks division of Univisión Communications, replacing the retiring Ray Rodriguez. Conde had been the company’s chief strategy officer.

» Northern Trust named Sheldon Anderson CEO of its southeast region, which includes Florida and Georgia. Anderson was the private bank’s Miami-Dade County president. He replaces William L. Morrison, who became the bank’s CFO. Ed Joyce replaces Anderson as Miami-Dade County president.

» Alexandra Villoch, senior vice president of advertising and marketing for Miami Herald Media, began her tenure as chairwoman of the Beacon Council economic development partnership.

» Ocean Bank named Mark S. Walter CFO and executive vice president. He held the same positions at JM Family Enterprises.

» Aaron N. Rodriguez was named CFO and senior vice president of Bank of Coral Gables. He had been regional controller with Standard Chartered/American Express.

» Osvaldo di Campli replaced Victor Agnellini as president of the Caribbean and Latin America for Alcatel-Lucent. Agnellini has become senior vice president of transformation for the company.
