» Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Chairman Jay Rasulo, who held the position for seven years, has swapped jobs with Disney CFO Tom Staggs, who will now oversee properties including Walt Disney World Resort.

» As Nemours builds its 95-bed children's hospital that opens in Orlando in 2012, the pediatric healthcare system has named Raymond Remmer practice administrator for its properties in Florida. He replaces Bill Winder, who was appointed to a new position of senior administrator of the system's Florida operations.

» Allie Braswell Jr. has been tapped to take the helm of the financially struggling Metropolitan Orlando Urban League, replacing E. Lance McCarthy, who resigned last May. Braswell has worked for Walt Disney Co. since 2003.

» Retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Tom Baptiste is president and executive director of the National Center for Simulation in Orlando. He replaced Russ Hauck, who left in October to take another position.
