» SpectorSoft, a Vero Beach maker of PC and internet monitoring and surveillance software, appointed Jason Judge the company’s first CEO. Founder C. Douglas Fowler remains president. Judge was chairman and CEO of Boca Raton-based network support company ScriptLogic.

» Boca Raton Community Hospital named Jerry J. Fedele, a consultant who served as the hospital’s top executive, president and CEO. Fedele came to the hospital in 2008 and is credited with executing a financial turnaround and expanding the hospital’s reputation in oncology, heart care, women’s health and imaging. The hospital also named Dawn P. Javersack vice president and CFO. Javersack was senior vice president and CFO of Broward Health.

» Greg Kaylor, a hospitality industry veteran, was appointed general manager of the 121-room Boca Raton Bridge Hotel, where he will lead a renovation aimed at returning the hotel to four-star status. Kaylor worked for 19 years with Miami-based Tecton Hospitality and its boutique division, Desires Hotels.
