Other Perks

> Healt hcare: The company pays 100% of employees’ medical coverage, prescription drug coverage, dental coverage and vision coverage.

> Retirement: Mainline matches employee contributions to their 401(k)s
at 100% for up to 2% of their salary.

> Education: The company pays 100% of the cost of tuition and books for up to 6 credit hours per semester — with 50% reimbursed upon enrollment and 50% upon completion with a B grade or better — in a field related to their job.

Keeping Morale High

Benefits aside, founder Rick Kearney believes that employee turnover at his company is low because the firm recognizes hard work. "I think it has a lot to do with our corporate philosophy of going out of our way to recognize and reward people who are performing at or above their expected levels." That recognition comes in many forms — from a simple thank-you letter from Kearney to awarding the company’s top performers with a "recognition trip" to a resort/vacation destination.
