» The Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce has hired James Hizer as CEO. Hizer, 49, formerly was president and CEO of the Bowling Green (Ky.) Area Chamber of Commerce, where he is credited with bringing in more than 4,000 jobs over his six-year tenure.
