PORT CANAVERAL — Victory Casino Cruises began hiring up to 400 people in December to staff the Victory 1 ship for twice-daily service from the Brevard County port beginning in February. The 1,200-passenger ship previously sailed under another name for SunCruz Casino until SunCruz stopped serving the port in late 2009.
