» Tervis Tumbler in Venice has reorganized its leadership team: Laura Spencer, previously president and CEO, becomes CFO, and Barry Wolfson, a former consultant, is now president and CEO. Also, Wayne Varnadore was promoted to COO.

» Tech Data has appointed Darryl Branch senior vice president for logistics and integration services. He joined the Clearwater technology distributor in 2007.

» D. Ben Cross has been named vice president of sales for FreightCenter.com, an online freight and logistics provider based in Trinity. He replaced Louis Capolino, who was promoted to COO.

» Michael Vivio, most recently publisher of the Cox Media-owned Austin American-Statesman newspaper, has been named president of Cox Target Media/Valpak in Largo.

» Eric Basinger, executive director of the Manatee Economic Development Council, is chairman of the Tampa Bay Partnership’s Economic Development Council.
