Stellar has hired Mike Chapman as Director of PSM Compliance and Technological Solutions. Chapman will lead the firm's Process Safety Management Team, which provides compliance solutions for clients. He is also tasked with developing advanced technology to enhance refrigeration operator/technician training. Chapman previously served Tyson Foods, Inc. for almost 17 years.
