Rick Walsh has been elected Chairman of the Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation. Rick is CEO of investment and consulting firm, the Knob Hill Group. As a former Senior VP at Darden, he took the company public. He is a governance expert serving on the boards of Seaside National Bank and Trust, Blue Orb Software, ABC Wine & Spirits, LSQ Holdings, Nemours Hospital System and UCF.
