James M. Repp (left) has been named President and Chief Operating Officer after 17 years in sales and marketing roles of escalating accountability. Repp brings vast customer experience to the role, along with a deep understanding of the member journey. SVP and Chief Medical Officer Ann O. Wehr, MD (middle) has added leadership of network alliances, provider relations and health care economics to her medical operations oversight, including care management, wellness, and medical quality improvement. As SVP and Chief Marketing Officer, Brad Bentley (right) now supervises all of sales and marketing, including the entire end-to-end Member Experience, while maintaining the product development and actuarial charges he had already held.
