The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority has tapped former Carlton Fields attorney and public finance professional Amy Lettelleir as chief financial officer. "I am confident that under her guidance and financial management, we will see continued revenue growth and rewards from the authority’s recently upgraded bond rating," THEA’s Board of Directors Chairman Vince Cassidy said.
