The company says it needs to increase revenue by between $115 million and $125 million to maintain service levels and the company’s financial health. » Ferry service between downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach will not start until spring break season in March 2017, says Gulf Islands National Seashore Superintendent Dan Brown. » Catalyst CRE, a real estate firm specializing in health care properties, recently acquired the five Robert Boissoneault Oncology Institute locations in central Florida for $16.9 million.

SANTA ROSA BEACH — W Development is building a $44-million community in Santa Rosa Beach in Walton County that will feature townhomes and 264 one- and two-bedroom units renting from the low-$1,000s.

TALLAHASSEE — Northwood Centre is facing foreclosure.
