A new kind of retail development is on the rise in Florida
There's a new kind of retail development happening across Florida and it's changing the future of the industry, according to a report from JLL. The 2016 Florida Retail Report says smart retailers and developers are shifting their focus to the shopper by incorporating new experiences and the live-work-play mentality into their assets. JLL points to these Florida retail developments as examples: Brickell City Centre in Miami, CityPlace Doral, Disney Springs in Orlando, Seminole City Center, and Tomoka Town Center in Daytona Beach. City of Jacksonville cleared in firefighters' lawsuit
