PDR CPAs has been a part of Florida’s Suncoast/Tampa Bay community for over 40 years. Florida’s welcoming climate, strategic location and ample educational resources and professionals have been and continue to be an impetus for our continued growth.

One of our enduring PDR cornerstones is our unwavering emphasis on providing a work environment that meets the needs of our team members.

PDR’s work/life balance incentives have been a major aspect of our continued success. Flexible work schedules, on-site meals and snacks, busy-season massages, health focused challenges, firm sponsored outings and community volunteer efforts are just some of the ways we continue to enhance our culture.

PDR’s focus on technology and training also play a key role in our high retention rates. We truly believe that a culture focused on the overall well-being of our team of professionals is the basis for providing innovative solutions to our clients in the areas of assurance, tax, and management advisory.

PDR is proud to be named one of Florida Trend Magazine’s 2016 Best Companies To Work For In Florida. We look forward to continuing our legacy of enhancing our relationships with our professionals, clients, business partners and communities in the Suncoast/Tampa Bay region of Florida.
