» Lennar promoted Rick Beckwitt, its executive vice president, to president.

» Bacardi Ltd. named Robert Furniss-Roe its regional president of Latin America, replacing Robbie Jamieson, who resigned. Furniss-Roe was chief of staff and vice president of global sales, corporate communications and corporate responsibility.

» Burger King announced a spate of executive changes, including naming Jose Tomas president of Latin America. Tomas was chief human resources and communications officer. Jonathan Fitzpatrick, formerly executive vice president of global operations, took on the new role of executive vice president, chief brand and operations officer. BK's global chief marketing officer, Natalia Franco, left the company. And Daniel Schwartz replaced Ben Wells as CFO.
