Falling Florida home prices? Don't count on it.

If you're waiting on home prices to fall before jumping into the market, you could be sitting on the sideline awhile. The likelihood of price declines in Florida in the next two years is extremely low, according to a summer forecast released this week. More from the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
