Gas prices at lowest level since 2009

The average price of a regular gallon of gas dipped below $2 nationwide Monday for the first time in nearly seven years, the AAA travel club reported. Adjusted for inflation, gas prices are almost the lowest they have ever been, said Mark Soskin, a professor of economics at the University of Central Florida.
