Per capita income rising slowly
Per capita personal income — the amount of income divided by the population — is rising, slowly. According to new data from the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, the average personal income increase nationwide was 1.3 percent; it was 1 percent in Florida. [Source: South Florida Sun-Sentinel]
