Florida named one of best states for business
Texas, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina are viewed as having the best business climates among the 50 states, according to a new survey of U.S. corporate executives released today at the International Economic Development Council annual conference. More at the Orlando Business Journal.
Gas prices hit lowest level since 2011
Gas prices keep falling and now average their lowest in nearly four years at $3.11 per gallon nationwide, according to travel club AAA. The last time prices averaged this low was February 2011, the travel club said. More at the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
Voters face big decisions on 3 amendments
