Orlando startup company Shoflo has obtained an agreement to be funded by Central Florida’s biggest group of angel investors to market its software for event production.

› Gulf Power launches online industrial site locator
Gulf Power Company launched an interactive website last week to help lure businesses to Northwest Florida by highlighting and marketing key industrial sites in the area.

› Restaurant, food truck inspections cut back
State inspectors will visit well-maintained restaurants, hot dog stands, caterers and food trucks less frequently under a new schedule that begins Tuesday.

› Florida Lottery issues scam alert
The Florida Lottery is warning people about a lottery scam in which scammers are sending emails to the public in an effort to obtain personal and financial information.
