Pensacola will get its first master-planned village on former airport property.
Developer Leucadia National paid $52 million to buy the 700-acre Panama City-Bay County International Airport property and is building the city’s first master-planned village, SweetBay — a pedestrian-friendly community with restaurants, retail and recreation.
