When Mikaela Nix graduated from the University of Central Florida, she had a degree but no work experience. So she took temp jobs, including a stint with a law firm. That gave her two ideas: She started law school and founded Collegiate Staffing USA. The online temp agency matches top students looking for career experience with companies. Nix, who earned her law degree from Florida A&M's College of Law and recently passed the Bar exam, runs the firm with the help of UCF's business incubator program.
