Lake Alfred's City Commission meetings may draw more visitors than usual over the next few months. Not because of political controversy, but rather because of the abundance of colorful, eye-catching art that will grace the walls of the boardroom and city hall lobby for almost a year.

"Our Citrus Connection" exhibits the photographs, paintings and sculpture of Florida artists, 52 pieces celebrating the groves, packing houses and people who are part of Florida's agricultural heritage.
