The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the phosphate business of CF Industries, Inc. Business group wants all online retailers to pay Florida sales tax
Sometime in the next two years, Floridians will have to start paying sales tax when they buy from the online retail giant Amazon.com.
