Infinite Energy: Best Large Company - No. 23

What do you like best about your company?

Hillary Stormant, Marketing and event coordinator
Gainesville - Energy supplier

“We have a gym, and we are really into wellness and health. At 11:30 a.m. on the dot at least 15 of us go down to the work gym and have a group workout session. One of the girls who works out with me has lost 90 pounds since her pregnancy a few years ago. We do our ‘biggest loser’ program. You can do it yourself and use a personal trainer on staff. We have a masseuse, too. Employees are weighed in monthly for six months and have to keep that weight off for another six months. The winner is announced at our Christmas party and is awarded $3,000 for a new wardrobe. It’s a huge competition, and people get really into it.”

  • Remain neutral but at least make a statement addressing concerns.
