» New York-based Property Markets Group proposed the 190-unit ECHO in Aventura.

» A development partnership has proposed the 31-story, 264-unit Three Midtown Miami and the 33-story, 398-unit Six Midtown Miami condo towers in Midtown.

» Developer SMG proposed the seven-story, 115-unit, Peloro Miami Beach on the Intracoastal Waterway in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood.

» Two condo towers — St. Tropez on the Bay IV and V — in Sunny Isles Beach with 329 residences between them are proposed on the Intracoastal Waterway.

» In Miami Beach, Ian Schrager proposed the 11-story, 26-unit Residences at the Miami Beach Edition.
