If you are engaged in the chancy art of Christmas tree sales, the one thing you want to avoid is the need to “eat your trees.”

It looks like that sad circumstance, which means shredding left-over conifers and profits simultaneously on Christmas Day, will be minimized this year, as newly confident consumers come out in force, determined to host a happy holiday.
