› Darden completes Yard House purchase
Darden Restaurants has completed its $585 million purchase of Yard House USA from private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners LLC. Darden announced the acquisition's completion Wednesday evening. The chain is now part of Darden's Specialty Restaurant Group, which also includes The Capital Grille, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52 and Eddie V's.
